I just spent forever doing the makeup and setting up the shots for some pictures recently, and upon getting them on the computer I realised they all sucked. I then spent forever trying to salvage a few shots and failed miserably. So excuse the crap I'm about to turn out; it was a good idea in my head.

I got a telephoto lens for my camera for Christmas and haven't really tried it until now. I must be stupid, because I can't figure out how to make it work. The only thing that happens is the pictures come out with a black circular border. If a digicam savvy friend out there would email me at rigagogo@yahoo.co.uk or IM me on AIM on rigagogo, I'd greatly appreciate some help. I'm lost.
